We want you to love your Kenny Flowers purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to help with returns or exchanges within 30 days of delivery.
How to Return or Exchange:
- Start Your Return/Exchange: Visit our online portal to initiate your request.
- Pack Your Items: Securely pack the unused, unworn items with tags attached in the original packaging.
- Ship It Back: Use the prepaid label provided to send your return.
Important Details:
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unworn, and with tags attached.
- Final sale items (e.g., swimwear, accessories) cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Return processing may take 7-10 business days after we receive your package.
Refunds:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges:
- Exchanges are subject to availability.
- If your desired item is unavailable, we’ll issue a refund instead.
Damaged or Defective Items:
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery for assistance.
International Returns:
- International customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Refunds will not include duties or taxes.
